All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, foundation type, property size, and scope of work required. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by Montana law, Rim Rock Radon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
